“Miss Daisy” came very highly recommended and they certainly didn’t disappoint. Not only was the quality above and beyond, so was the customer service. I ordered the flowers on Saturday evening of Labor Day weekend and they were delivered on the following day…this was so important to me that they were able to accomplish this quick response. They had to modify the arrangement slightly, since a holiday weekend and the flower market was not open. I got a text explaining the necessary modification if next day delivery and knowing it would still be beautiful, I said “ok” to modify. They then sent me a photo of what they created which really reassured me the value of what I had just purchased. They are now my “go to” florist.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability.
